ROLES

To be successful our organisation needs to change, so we are changing our structure to provide strong strategic leadership and delivery capability, developing our systems and processes to become more agile and fleet of foot and our culture, to enable us to do more with less. This means organising ourselves differently, growing our own and recruiting the best available talent and creating a constructive and supportive culture.  In short, we need to become an organisation fit for the challenges of today’s public services.

We have a great team to work with. Our employees have already told us that they want to be "open, innovative and smart” in the way they work and there are already some great examples of these values in action.

For a confidential and informal discussion about the roles, please contact Mirela Lopez (Corporate Head of Commissioning and Procurement) to arrange a suitable time for a phone call - mirela.lopez@kingston.gov.uk
