KINGSTON, THE PLACE
A place where leaders are made - 'Making Kingston, Better Together'
Kingston is a special place in South West London, between capital and country. It has a strong heritage and has been a Royal Borough longer than anywhere else. It is where the first kings of England were crowned, the coronation stone is on the council’s Guildhall complex.
In following in the tradition of being a place where leaders are made, we want to develop individual future leaders of Local Government that demonstrate that it’s possible to not just survive but thrive.
Join us in our journey and ambition to be a leaders local government as we move towards becoming a more agile, responsive and forward looking organisation, working collectively in the best interests of our residents, partners and businesses.
Located just 30 minutes from central London, The Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames is a fantastic place to live, work and visit offering all the highlights of city life in a leafy, riverside setting.
